Ponti has been using traditional methods to prepare distinctive vinegars in Italy since 1867. Its balsamic vinegars from Modena, fruit vinegars and wine vinegars have a balanced and fruity taste that are indispensable in the Italian kitchen. 

All Ponti vinegars meet strict quality standards, and the balsamic vinegars also meet the requirements to carry the name Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Only balsamic vinegar from Modena can be called Aceto Balsamico di Modena, a name protected by the designation 'Indicazione geografica protetta’ (protected geographical status). 


The Ponti range consists of balsamic vinegar from Modena, balsamic vinegar from Modena aged for three years, balsamic vinegar from Modena in a spray bottle, white condiment, and apple cider vinegar. All Ponti vinegars are delicious in salad dressings or as a flavouring for sauces, marinades and desserts.
