GranFood has been bringing Ponti to the Dutch market with pride and dedication since 2005. Our range includes various types of balsamic vinegars from Modena. The classic variant in pouring and spray bottle (and organic) is ideal for use in dressings, sauces and marinades or over cooked vegetables. Due to its sweeter taste and firm texture, balsamic cream is delicious over ice cream and fruit desserts, or can be used with cheese and over carpaccios. The same applies to the more luxurious Aceto Balsamico di Modena High Density, which, due to its unique viscous texture and sweet and sour taste, combines nicely with Parmesan cheese, risotto, salads and pasta sauces.

Condimento Bianco is a delicious alternative for lighter vegetable and fish dishes. In addition, the Aceto di Mele (apple cider vinegar), prepared with 100% sun-ripened Italian apples, gives a fresh acidity to meat dishes and is indispensable for homemade BBQ sauces and marinades. To complete salads and starters, we offer a range of Ponti antipasti, including sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes.
